eCommerce Sicuro is a free platform operated by World Advisor S.r.l.. The data used for each store’s report and score is publicly available on the web. Use of the service is subject to the following conditions.

Subject

By entering the name or web address of a store registered in eShoppingAdvisor’s database, the user requests a report on the requested site.

Use of the service

The report types provided are for personal use only and are based on an automatic algorithm.

Service and interruptions

The service does not include financial reliability analysis and may be interrupted for maintenance.

No proprietary rights

No entered data is taken from its rightful owner: all data used is publicly available.

Delivery and liability

The rating is not a quality certification. We cannot be held responsible for any scams or defaults.

The content of the site is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Termination

The user may stop using the service at any time, it being free of charge.

Changes to conditions

These conditions may be updated; changes are effective from publication on the site.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
